Nous avons travaillé ce Rosé très rigoureusement, dans un minimum de temps, à l'abri de l'oxygène, vendangés très tôt le matin, voire la nuit, à pleine maturité, pour obtenir un Rosé fruité, bien structuré, d'une belle fraîcheur, belle longueur en bouche - c'est un Rosé de gastronomie, d'accompagnement.
