C’est le vin phare du Domaine. Le raisin est issu des parcelles plantées notamment par notre arrière- grand-père Edouard F. il y a 60 ans. Sur cette cuvée, je me permets plus de travail, plus de créativité surtout, plus de minutie afin de libérer l’expression de nos cépages, de nos sols, de notre travail.
