Organic viticulture. Traditional hand picking into small crates. Total destemming, Fermentation in stainless steel vats, Pressing, Malolactic fermentation, Macération pré fermentaire à froid. Ageing in stainless steel vats, Light filtering, Traditional corks, Ageing on the lees, Sans sulfites ajoutés. Sols argilo-calcaires, Sols siliceux (sables, graviers...).
